1. The service
LivePhoto AI generates short videos from photos you upload using artificial intelligence, and packages them for use as iOS Live Photos.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and the videos generated from them. You must only upload content you have the right to use, and must not upload illegal, harmful or infringing material.
3. Credits & payments
Each generation consumes credits. New accounts receive free credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create deceptive, defamatory or unlawful content, or content depicting real people without their consent.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
